To connect your fitness tracker, go to Menu → Connected Apps. Select your fitness tracker from the list (Fitbit, Garmin, or Oura Ring) and tap on Connect.
Yes, you can! Aktivo® can generate your Aktivo Score® and track other activities using your phone.
The Aktivo® app currently connects to Fitbit, Garmin and Oura Ring fitness trackers. For other brands of fitness trackers, please connect its app with Health Connect on Android phones or Apple Health on iPhones. To connect Aktivo® with the Fitbit, Garmin or Oura Ring app, simply tap on the Menu button -> Connected Apps. Then select your fitness tracker and tap on Connect.
If you are using a fitness tracker other than Fitbit, Garmin or Oura Ring, you may connect its app to Health Connect for Android phones or to Apple Health for iPhones. If your fitness tracker does not connect with Health Connect or Apple Health, your Aktivo Score® will be calculated from activity data collected by your phone.
Aktivo® fetches data from your connected tracker. Ensure the tracker app is updated and synced. For Garmin, only new data from the point of connecting the tracker will be synced while for Fitbit & Oura, older data upto last 7 days can be fetched by Aktivo® App. There may be a delay of up to 60 minutes for data updates.
Aktivo® is currently available to registered members only. To request access for others, write to support@aktivolabs.com.
Fitness Trackers and Apps
The Aktivo Score® ranges from 1 to 99. Scores above 80 indicate a healthy lifestyle with reduced risk of chronic diseases. Scores below 60 may suggest unhealthy habits and higher health risks.
Aktivo® analyses data collected from your fitness tracker, phone sensors and Google Fit or Health Connect. The Aktivo® app does not track or generate any activity data on its own.
This means Aktivo® couldn’t fetch your data in the last 24 hours. Swipe down on the home screen to refresh.
Participants in your organization’s Aktivo Score® challenges can view your score. To opt out, email hello@aktivolabs.com.
Aktivo® analyzes past data synced from Health Connect or your connected fitness tracker.
Data delays may occur. Wait a few minutes, then swipe down to refresh. Aktivo® considers the 24 hours of activity data on a day for your score.
Your Network includes all members from your organization who are on Aktivo®.
Tap the menu on the post → Report Post → Submit. The post will be reviewed and removed if necessary.
Posts on Aktivo® Social are visible to all members of your organization.
No, Aktivo requires an internet connection to sync data and calculate scores.
Yes, Aktivo adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) to protect your information.
