Earn points for the day by generating your daily OcktoScore. Points earned are equal to your OcktoScore for the day.
Fibre Score
Earn 30 points for the day by calculating your fibre intake.
Steps
Earn 30 points for the day after taking 10,000 steps or more in a day.
Badges
Earn points for adopting a healthy lifestyle every day.

The three lifestyle goals are to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, sit less than 8 hours a day and sleep between 7 and 9 hours.

Earn a Contender Badge with 10 points for the day if you achieve 1 of the three lifestyle goals.
​
Earn a Challenger Badge with 30 points for the day if you achieve 2 of the three lifestyle goals.
​
Earn an Achiever Badge with 50 points for the day if you achieve 3 of the three lifestyle goals.
Ranking Jumps
Earn points for the number of rankings jumped each day.
Your ranking on Ocktolife Rise is based on how your points compared with other members.
Ranking is initially decided by total points. If there is a tie in ranking on total points, a higher today’s points would decide the higher ranking. If there is a tie in ranking on total points and today’s points, a higher OcktoScore would decide the higher ranking. If there is a tie in ranking on total points, today’s points and OcktoScore for the day, a higher Steps taken would decide the higher ranking. If there is a tie in ranking on total points, today’s points, OcktoScore and steps taken for the day, the ranking is tied.
Bonus Points
Weekly Average OcktoScore
Earn bonus points every Monday by maintaining a high OcktoScore throughout the week. Points will be awarded every Monday based on your average OcktoScore from the prior week as shown in the table.
When are the points tallied?
Points shall be added to your account after your first OcktoScore is generated. Your ranking may change throughout the day and is finalised at the end of each day. If data syncing is delayed, your data will be updated the following day
