What is Fit Rise Game?

The Fit Rise Game is a contest, which allows you to collect points over a fixed period of time by adopting a healthy lifestyle.
 
In the Fit Rise Game, your ranking every day is determined by the total points earned, today’s points, today’s Fit Score and steps taken for the day. Please see “How is my ranking calculated on Fit Rise Game?”.

What are the Fit Rise Game membership levels?

Accepted Answer

There are 4 membership levels: Fit Bronze, Fit Silver, Fit Gold and Fit Platinum.

All members belong to the Fit Bronze Membership level when they first begin a competition.

The length of the competition is decided by the organisers.

At the end of the competition, all Fit Bronze Members need Points of 5,000 points and above to attain a Fit Silver Membership level, Fit Silver Members need Points of 7,500 and above to attain a Fit Gold Membership level, and Fit Gold Members need Points of 10,000+ and above to attain a Fit Platinum Membership level.
 
Your membership level at the end of a Fit Rise Game contest will be carried forward to the next Fit Rise Game contest.

In order for you to keep your level, you would have to attain the minimum number of points required for that level in the next game.

How do I score points?

Accepted Answer

Check your Fit Score every day and earn 10 points for the day;

Generate an Fit Score for the day. Points earned are equal to your Fit Score for the day;
Steps taken. Earn 30 points for taking 10,000 steps and above for the day;
Earn daily badges for adopting a healthy lifestyle every day.
There are 3 healthy lifestyle goals:

Sleep between 7 and 9 hours a day;
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day;
Sit less than 8 hours day.

Earn a contender badge and 10 points for the day if you achieve 1 healthy lifestyle for the day. Earn a challenger badge and 30 points for the day if you achieve 2 healthy lifestyles for the day. Earn an achiever badge and 50 points for the day if you achieve 3 healthy lifestyles for the day.

Earn points from the number of rankings that you jump each day. The points earned are described in “How is my ranking calculated in Fit Rise Game?”.

Weekly Bonus Points

Earn bonus points every Monday based on your weekly average Fit Score from the prior week as shown in the Table.

How is my ranking calculated in Fit Rise Game?

Accepted Answer

Your ranking on Fit Rise Game is based on how your points compared with other members.

Ranking is initially decided by total points.

If there is a tie in ranking on total points, a higher today’s points would decide the higher ranking.

If there is a tie in ranking on total points and today’s points, a higher Fit Score would decide the higher ranking.

If there is a tie in ranking on total points, today’s points and Fit Score for the day, a higher Steps taken would decide the higher ranking.

If there is a tie in ranking on total points, today’s points, Fit Score and steps taken for the day, the ranking is tied.

Will my total points and ranking be reset at the end of each Fit Rise Game contest?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your total points and ranking is calculated for each Fit Rise Game contest separately and will be reset at the beginning of each Fit Rise Game contest.

However, your membership level, be it Fit Bronze, Fit Silver, Fit Gold or Fit Platinum, is carried forward to the next contest.
