Q2. What is the validity of this subscription?

Q3. Can I redeem the subscription multiple times?

Each subscription can be redeemed only once per user.

 

Q4. How to use/redeem the subscription?

For iOS Users/Website Users:

• Go to https://www.cult.fit/me/vouchers and login or signup.

• Click on the Redeem Voucher from the left menu section.

• Enter voucher code, verify and redeem to start your unlimited access.

• Your access will start from the date of activation of the voucher code.

• Once redeemed, you can book classes from both cult.fit app and website.
   

For Android Users:

• You can use the cult.fit app, go to the “Home” section on cult.fit app.

• Click on the profile icon on the top left & visit the “Redeem Voucher” section within “Referrals & Vouchers”.

• Enter voucher code, verify, and redeem to start your unlimited access.

• Your access will start from the date of activation of the voucher code.

• Once redeemed, you can book classes from both cult.fit app and website.

 

Q5. Where can I see the validity dates on the app/website?

The dates of the membership can be viewed in the profile section under “Active Packs / Subscriptions.”

 

Q6. Can I pause the membership and use it later?

This pass does not allow a customer to pause the membership.

 

Q7. Can I use this pass with other offers?

Only one subscription can be used at a time and cannot be combined with other offers.

 

Q8. Can I pass on the benefits of this pass to someone else?

The subscription is not transferable and should not be resold or redeemed for cash.

 

Q9. What is a cultpass Home?

cultpass Home gives you unlimited access to all at-home sessions and DIY (on-demand) sessions. This includes unlimited access to fitness, dance, meditation, health video content, and podcasts.

A cultpass Home member has an all-access pass to celebrity masterclasses, the ability to work out with friends and track their energy scores, and monitor their progress in the form of reports. You can purchase the membership through the official cult.fit website or on the Android app.

 

Q10. Can I transfer or pause cultpass Home?

You cannot pause or transfer your cultpass Home subscription.

 

Q11. What services does the cultpass Home not include?

cultpass Home does not include therapy consultations as well as non-digital offerings of cult.fit.
